We aim to provide reliable Services with reasonable uptime. Maintenance or updates may require temporary interruptions; we’ll schedule these outside peak hours where possible. Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated on the site or by email.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change prospectively. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout.

Support hours: Email-based support during business days. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. For incidents affecting availability, we prioritize restoration.
Backups & resilience: We maintain reasonable safeguards and redundancy for core systems. No guarantee of fully continuous service is provided. You are responsible for retaining copies of important data and email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.
