Forwarding vs full mailbox — which should I choose?
Choose forwarding if you already use Gmail/Outlook and just want messages sent to your existing inbox. Choose a full mailbox if you want a dedicated inbox with IMAP/SMTP access. You can start with forwarding and upgrade to a mailbox anytime. See the comparison in our setup guides or How It Works › Setup Options.
Can I change my address later?
Yes. You can request a change like yourname@enfrance.eu to firstname.lastname@enfrance.eu. We’ll help set up forwarding from the old address for a smooth transition. Standard change fees may apply. See Pricing FAQs.
What is a subdomain and when should I use one?
A subdomain sits before enfrance.eu, e.g., yourname.enfrance.eu. It’s perfect for a personal site, landing page, or blog when you want a memorable address without buying and managing a standalone domain. HTTPS and DNS records are included.
Can I move later to my own domain?
Yes. You can start with yourname.enfrance.eu and later migrate to yourname.fr or a different domain. We provide redirects and DNS guidance to preserve traffic. See Migration Assistance.
Are DNS and HTTPS included?
Yes. For subdomains, we configure DNS and provide HTTPS. For emails, we handle routing and essential records. Advanced DNS (custom records) is available on request. Details: Setup Options.
How do SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work here?
We publish SPF and DKIM for our sending domains and can help you align DMARC for maximum deliverability. Use authenticated sending and avoid bulk mail. Learn more in Deliverability & Security.
Can you migrate from Gmail/Outlook or another host?
Yes. We can import mailboxes or set up forwarding/aliases. For blogs or sites on a subdomain, we offer migration packages with timelines and testing. See Migration Assistance.
What are support times and typical responses?
Support is provided during standard business hours (CET). We aim to acknowledge within one business day and resolve most setup tasks within 1–2 days. For SLAs, see Support & Response Times.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We minimize data, process only what’s necessary to provide the service, and honor access/erasure requests. See our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
How do you handle data retention and backups?
Operational logs and backups are kept for limited periods to ensure reliability and security, then routinely purged. For details, see Privacy Policy and Service Levels.
How do billing and invoices work?
Prices are shown on Pricing & Plans. You’ll receive an invoice via email after purchase. VAT handling depends on your location and status. Payment methods are listed at checkout.
How do renewals and reminders work?
Subscriptions renew annually. We send reminder emails before expiry and again if a payment fails, with a grace period to resolve issues. You can update payment details before renewal.
How fast is activation after I order?
Most email addresses and subdomains are activated within 24 hours (often sooner). We’ll send a confirmation email with next steps. Complex migrations may add 1–3 days for testing.
Do I need to verify my identity or domain ownership?
For @enfrance.eu addresses or enfrance.eu subdomains, standard purchase verification is sufficient. If you send high volumes or request advanced DNS, we may ask for additional verification. See Purchase & Verification.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds when we cannot deliver the service as described or when required by law. Custom work (like migrations) may be non-refundable once performed. Please review Orders, Billing & Cancellations.
How do I cancel or transfer?
You can request cancellation anytime; services remain active until the end of the paid term unless you choose early termination. For subdomains, we can provide redirects or DNS transfer options. See Terms.
